HZPC UK strengthens position with acquisition of TLC Potatoes

HZPC UK, a member of the Royal HZPC Group, a leader in potato varieties and seed production for the entire potato industry in the UK, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TLC Potatoes, one of Scotland's leading minituber producers.

TLC Potatoes, under the leadership of Colin Blackhall, has been at the forefront of the Scottish seed potato industry, known for their commitment to quality and innovation.

With this acquisition, HZPC UK further strengthens its position in the market and secures the future of HZPC’s minituber production, the apex of seed potato multiplication.

TLC Potatoes has been a trusted partner of HZPC UK, producing high-quality minitubers of their varieties, for many years. This acquisition takes the relationship to the ultimate level, thereby ensuring continuity and reliability of seed supply for HZPC's customers.

Colin Blackhall, the current owner of TLC Potatoes, will continue to be involved and support the business, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining the company's success. All key members of staff at TLC Potatoes will remain with the business, ensuring expertise and continuity in minituber production.
