UK Potato Storage Specialist Crop Systems Limited sees growing business

Crop Systems Limited is responding to major growth in its business with further investment at its factory and new appointments, including Tony Barnes as Sales Manager.

Crop Systems is the leading designer and installer of the box and bulk potato stores and has introduced a range of innovations that have set fresh standards for the industry.

The company's current success is being driven by-products like the theSmartStorcontroller and CoolStor glycol fridges.

SmartStor enables store owners to monitor and manage their stores remotely, and now includes a function that helps users plan sprouting suppression application sequences for DMN, mint oil, and ethylene.

CoolStor, its glycol fridges, are highly efficient and require much less coolant than conventional models.

Crop Systems Limited moved into its new factory at Harrisburgh, Norfolk just two years ago.

This has enabled it to bring all main manufacturing processes back ‘in house’, including the construction of fridges and louvers.
