FPS Food Process Solutions acquires New Zealand Processing Equipment manufacturer Total Solutions

FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation (FPS) has announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Total Solutions Limited (TSL), a leading fabricator of food processing equipment and conveyor systems in Auckland, New Zealand.

With TSL’s knowledge base and project management experience, FPS will expand its global outreach in manufacturing and customer services/support in the region.

Total Solutions Limited has been providing comprehensive engineering services since 2003. Mark Peagram, the current Owner and Managing Director, will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations.
