The National Potato Council (NPC) has added Kam Quarles as Senior Director of Public Policy.

John Keeling, CEO and Executive VP of NPC:

“We are delighted to welcome Kam to NPC. Over the past 7 years he has shown great skill advocating on our behalf on federal issues.”

Most recently at McDermott, Will & Emery LLP, Quarles has spent more than two decades resolving complex regulatory, communication and public relations issues for international businesses, public agencies and national trade associations including the National Potato Council.

Kam Quarles:

“I’m very excited to represent this wonderful industry as we look toward a new Congress and Administration.”
Prior to his seven years representing NPC at McDermott, Kam served as Vice President for Government Relations at United Fresh Produce Association and Vice President of Government Affairs at the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives.

Quarles holds a Masters in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University.
