Snyder's-Lance, Inc. (Nasdaq-GS:LNCE) announces a new corporate logo.

The corporate logo was developed as a visual acknowledgement that the recent merger of equals between Snyder's of Hanover and Lance created a stronger national snack food company: Snyder's-Lance.

The development and implementation of the Snyder's-Lance corporate logo signifies another milestone in the Company's integration process.  Though there are many other objectives of the corporate logo, a primary purpose is to remind employees, customers, investors, and our communities that the newly formed Snyder's-Lance is building on the combination of two historic companies with many years of success to their credit.   This new logo will help to signify a sense of unity, support, direction and dedication among all entities of Snyder's-Lance.

"Our new corporate logo serves as a visual reminder that our geographically and functionally diverse teams of associates are all part of a unified, powerful organization with strong brands and an enhanced ability to serve our customers,"said Dave Singer, Chief Executive Officer of Snyder's-Lance.

While the Company now has a new corporate logo, all brand logos and products will remain unchanged and are an integral part of the Snyder's-Lance identity.
