Tyrrells Potato Chips served up a tasty 20pc rise in revenues last year to £15.5m on higher exports and growing sales to large retailers.
However, despite the impressive sales growth during the recession, profits for the year ending March 31 2009 remained flat at £2.76m.
Tyrrells Potato Chips was founded and made famous by Will Chase – a Herefordshire potato farmer – who sold the company in 2008 to Langholm Capital.
