In order to further promote potato consumption in Peru and help producers increase their income, Agriculture Minister Carlos Leyton and representatives from the Municipality of Lima launched today the new "Carritos Paperos"(Potato Carts).
A total of 34 potato carts were given to a group of Rimac district residents, registered by the Municipality of Lima, and who work in La Parada wholesale market (in downtown Lima).
