Farm Frites now using 100% sunflower oil for Nature's Goodness

Farm Frites are now using 100 per cent sunflower oil to make their Nature’s Goodness range of chips, wedges and croquettes, meaning diners get a healthier experience when treating themselves. 

Containing less than five per cent fat even after frying, the range offers caterers a unique selling point to hook health-conscious diners.

Nic Townsend, marketing manager for Farm Frites, said: “We know customers out of home want to eat more healthily without compromising on taste. Sunflower oil is one of the healthiest oils there is;low in saturated fats that can be bad for the heart while high in polyunsaturated fats, which keep hearts healthy.
