Closure Flodor factory: Unichips to pay compensation
August 20, 2009

The Italian group UNICHIPS was sentenced Wednesday to pay compensation to employees of the factory Flodor of Peronne

Four years after the liquidation of the factory in 2005, the court had confirmed that the safeguards to maintain employment at the time by UNICHIPS and its French subsidiary were insufficient.

The group will pay € 20,000 for employees younger than 40 years, 40,000 euros for employees aged 40 to 55 euros and 50,000 employees in over 55 years.
