Flo-Cool® ROCS The latest Flo-Cool® system pumps oil through a HX system–to rapidly cool frying oil for storage in a day/over nigh tank–resulting in faster clean-down/change overtimes.

Use cutting head with suitable particle opening size. Capacity is 4,000 - 5,000 lbs. (1,800 - 2,200 kg) hourly using 3,600 revolutions per minute impeller speed.
