After their potatoes have been harvested, their team transports their new crop to storage facilities where they await processing. Their storage facilities can house 250 million pounds of potatoes, allowing for year-round supplies of potatoes for their customers.
Grading up to 200 million pounds of potatoes each year, their packing facility is a year-round operation. On a daily basis, their team will package and load approximately 40 semi-trailers worth of potatoes that ship throughout the country. Their packaging types vary from paper to poly, from bulk to small consumer sizes; they truly customize their packaging to meet each customer’s needs.
