Priory Vodka, located at Priory Farm between Tadcaster and Wetherby in North Yorkshire, specializes in the production of potato-based spirits such as vodka, gin and rum. 

The company prioritizes sustainability by getting potatoes directly from their fields and using local spring water from 13 miles away. They reduce waste by reusing potato peels as cattle fodder and running their distillation process with on-site solar panels.

Priory Vodka has garnered accolades for its goods, including the Vodka Masters Gold Awards in 2017 for its 'pure, fruity, and floral' vodka. Priory Vodka, Priory Gin, and Priory Rum are all distilled on-site.
