Pinguin is a specialist in vegetables and set itself the objective of offering a broad range of quality 'Vegetable Solutions' to all types of customers. Pinguin acquired the potato processing company Lutosa in 2007 and changed name to PinguinLutosa.

When Lutosa was sold to McCain Foods in 2013, the remaining company changed its name to Greenyard Group.

The company does no longer sell potato products.

Koers van Pinguin blijft Euronext Brussel verrassen

De diepvriesgroentespecialist Pinguin zet zijn opmars op Euronext Brussel verder. Nadat het aandeel dinsdag al 7,6 procent had gewonnen, kwam er woensdag om 11u15 opnieuw 14,4 procent bij en noteerde Pinguin op 19,45 euro.
