HipChips is a (single but unique) Potato Crisp Restaurant in London.
Potato chips (or crisps as they say in the UK) are freshly prepared on a transport belt from heritage potato varieties while you are watching.
The crisps are served with an assortment of either sweet or savory dips.
Head Chef Scott Davis (yes - a real chef) has prepared savory dips such as Katsu Curry, Moroccan Yoghurt and Pickled Onion Cheese Fondue.
For the sweet dips, expect flavours such as Chocolate Salted Caramel, Nutella and Cheesecake. The sweet dips will be paired with crisps dusted with cinnamon sugar.
Crisp-dip combos will change on a regular basis and according to what’s in season.
