The company, formerly known as RDO-Calbee, is a Joint Venture between Calbee Inc. and RD Offutt Company, the largest potato grower in North America

RDO-Calbee was established in 2006 and changed its name to Calbee North America in June 2012.

The company is headquartered in Boardman, Oregon, but is moving its headquarters to Mississippi.

Calbee North America sets up new snack manufacturing plant in Mississippi

Snack food manufacturer Calbee North America announces the company has located operations in the former BMW distribution facility in Senatobia, Mississippi. The project represents a corporate investment of $51.1 million and will create 254 jobs over the next five years.
