The Potato Demo Day is the meeting place of the potato sector and focuses on the entire potato chain.

Every two years, Wageningen University & Research, Westmaas location, the Dutch Potato Organization (NAO) and the Association for the Potato Processing Industry (VAVI) organize the Potato Demonstration Day.

Potato Europe, the outdoor exhibition for potato cultivation and machinery always takes place in one of the four partner countries i.e., Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. In 2025, it returns to Lelystad, Netherlands.
