Miedema, specialist in planting, storage and sorting technology, introduces the new, 80 cm wide series of ML (Miedema Loaders) store loaders. ML store loaders are made to fill your potato store as quickly as possible while maintaining maximum product quality.

Economic

The ML series has a modern design that projects a professional image and incorporates the latest technologies. The 80 cm wide, deep troughed conveyor has a highly ECONOMIC capacity of more than 150 tonnes per hour at a product-friendly conveyor belt speed.

The wide conveyor belt lies completely free from the frame, which allows 100% utilisation of its surface and ensures maximum quality retention of the conveyed product.

Thanks to the completely open construction of the frame, everything is easily accessible, and debris and falling soil do not accumulate inside the machine.

Reliable

This ensures that the store loader remains RELIABLE even with intensive use. A robust drum motor drives the conveyor belt and is located at the end of the main frame for maximum grip.

The conveyor has a nodding end for perfect discharge when filling storage buildings or trucks. The use of a small return roller has made it possible to achieve a very slight drop height.Innovative

The store loaders can be fitted with the INNOVATIVE X-Stream feed belt. This is a short, flat conveyor belt on the receiving side, which guarantees the gentlest possible handling of your product. It also provides a higher continuous capacity: as much as 15% higher at the same belt speed.

Easy to use and customized to your requirements

The store loaders with lengths of 16, 19 and 22 metres really shine when it comes to ease of use, with a control box that is integrated into the design of the machine.

A wired (or optional wireless) remote control makes it simple to operate all the essential functions and makes the machine a true PLEASURE to work with.

The store loader can be completely configured to customer specifications, through the choice of three filling programs:

• 'Farmer'
• 'Comfort'
• 'Dynamic'

'Farmer'

'Farmer' is a standard filling program, which makes use of ultrasonic side-wall detection instead of poles.

'Comfort'

'Comfort' is intended for filling a storage cell in layers.

'Dynamic'

The new, INNOVATIVE 'Dynamic' filling program is also suitable for filling in layers and includes the extra Top-Fill option, incline angle capacity compensation and virtual side walls.

‘Top-Fill’ keeps the ML at a constant height while filling the last layer. ‘Capacity compensation’ runs the belt at higher speed as the incline angle increases.

Moreover, you have the option of virtually adjustable side walls (swivel limitation).
