The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) announced today that it has reached a milestone of 190,000 square feet for the 2011 PROCESS EXPO trade show. The show will be held November 1 – 4 at McCormick Place (South Hall) in Chicago.
“We couldn't be more pleased with the progress of the show,” said Scott Scriven, Chairman of the Food Processing Suppliers Association and President of Weber, Inc.
“There is a buzz in the air and sales have continued to grow significantly, especially over the last several weeks. This excitement is matched by very positive registration results due to a combination of factors including our work with buying teams from prominent food processors, exhibitors getting the word out to their customers and prospects and finally, the launch of our exceptional educational program which addresses key issues in food processing and packaging,"he added.
At this pace, the November show is projected to be the largest edition of PROCESS EXPO to date, featuring numerous bellwether suppliers across all sectors of the food and beverage industry.
