Agrico has launched a new website as part of a renewed communication concept. The new Agrico website gives the potato cooperative a better platform from to communicate with a wide range of ‘information consumers’. Secure portals also allow Agrico to share exclusive news and information with its affiliated growers and customers.  

Since its inception in 1973, Agrico has evolved through cooperation into an organisation that markets potatoes globally, develops new varieties and invents innovative solutions. From a small seed to the supermarket shelf. Agrico has grown into a global player through cooperation between growers, employees, partners and customers.

The potato is the factor that binds these parties. A potato that suits the specific demands and conditions of the customer, no matter where in the world. “That is what drives Agrico”, says Ineke Mastenbroek, Managing Director of Agrico. “And with the intended result that when people think about potatoes they make an immediate association with Agrico. To emphasise the scope and the relationship between our activities, we are introducing a new, transparent and open style of communication under the motto ‘Say potato, say Agrico’.”
