D.T. Dijkstra

Flikweert Vision celebrates the production of the 200th Quality Grader, just three years after the first machine was launched on the market. The optical sorter - initially developed for unwashed potatoes - has evolved into a versatile solution that can now also sort onions and washed potatoes.

With six farms as shareholders of 3Ms (Three Musketeers) operating more than 34,000 acres, they have contracted Haith, Tomra and Dijkstra to put in a new state-of-the-art potato grading and sorting line at their site at Bentwaters, near Woodbridge, Suffolk. A brand new building for this has been constructed also.

Machine manufacturer DT Dijkstra has improved their washing system to better suit the needs of its customers.
