HZPC's Pommonde concept, which , in cooperation with Nedato at Albert Heijn , involves selling different  types of potato , has been nominated for the Fruit Logistica Innovation Award 2010.

Every year all companies that are participating in  Fruit Logistica (Big PVF in Berlin) can sign up for this prize. The precondition is that the product of the concept is available on the shelf commercially for at least a year. Pommonde is available now , for over a year and therefore fulfils these norms.

From more than 60 entrants, the jury chose 10 nominations, of which Pommonde is one.

During the fair the visitors finally will decide which product will be the winner of the Innovation Award 2009.
