Bas Alblas die begin deze maand opstapte bij de Vion Food Group wordt op 31 augustus de nieuwe directievoorzitter van aardappelverwerker Lamb Weston/Meijer. Hij volgt in die functie Gary Cuddeford, die een functie aanvaardt bij Lamb Weston/Meijer in de Verenigde Staten. Alblas heeft voor hij bij Vion aantrad gewerkt bij Mars, Unilever en Wessanen.
