Pepsico se incorpora al capital de Calbee, número uno japonés de los snacks

El grupo estadounidense de bebidas sin alcohol y de snacks Pepsico anunció el miércoles que se disponía a tomar el 20% del capital del grupo Calbee Foods, primer fabricante japonés de aperitivos, con miras a producir y vender varias marcas de snacks en Japón.

Según los términos del acuerdo, presentados en un comunicado, Pepsico pondrá al servicio de esta alianza estratégica su filial Frito-Lay Japan y ofrecerá a Calbee una suma en efectivo cuyo monto no se dio a conocer.
