Kiremko introduces the “Ultra Fine” knife block, the latest addition to the range of QuadraFlow hydro cutting equipment. The “Ultra Fine” achieves the highest standards in hydro cutting technology, developed in close cooperation with several processors.

The advantages of this tunnel block are multiple and diverse:
  • Less water consumption
  • Less cutting velocity
  • Lower power consumption

Furthermore, the design of the plastic block has improved the support of the individual knives tremendously, while changing is still easy and boltless.

Because of this better support, new opportunities occur, like the usage of thinner knives.

The “Ultra Fine” shows a remarkable improvement in cutting with or without preheating. Test results show 75 to 90% less feathering in preheated and cold potatoes.
