Idaho Pacific is a manufacturer of Dehydrated potato flour, potato flakes and potato granules.

Idaho Pacific Corporation, situated in Ririe, Idaho, has been a major participant in dehydrated potato manufacture since its inception in 1987, expanding on a facility founded by local farmers in 1971 to produce value-added potato products.

Idaho Pacific, a prominent company, provides a wide range of dehydrated potato products, including potato flakes, flour, and granules, serving to the ingredient and restaurant industries. Idaho Pacific Holdings' corporate offices are located in the Ririe factory, which leads the company's family of potato dehydration operations.

Idaho Pacific has upgraded its facilities with cutting-edge processing equipment while adhering to strict food safety and staff safety standards. The company's production capabilities are vast, with options for whole flake, finely milled flakes, and flour, as well as low-leach and clean label.

Idaho Pacific offers a diverse range of foodservice products, including mashed potato blends, casseroles, slices, dices, and hashbrowns. Packaging options range from poly pouches and gabled cartons to #10 tins, kraft bags, and polyethylene bulk sacks, with bulk rail car and truck distribution available.

Idaho Pacific acquired AgraWest Foods in 2000 and a potato flakes producing facility in Center, Colorado in 2002.

In 2004, Idaho Pacific became part of Ottertail Corporation.

On May 6, 2011 Otter Tail Corporation sold Idaho Pacific Holding to affiliates of Novacap Industries III, L.P., for approximately USD 87.0 million.

In July 2016, Novacap announced the sale of Idaho Pacific to the Arlon Group.
