Brothers-All-Natural introduces Potato Crisps, the first all-natural, fat-free potato chip created using a revolutionary freeze-drying process with no added oils, preservatives or Olestra -- simply real sliced potatoes, fresh ingredients, and sea salt.

Brothers-All-Natural freeze-dries to lock in nutrients naturally found in fruits and potatoes. Calories and some nutrients are reduced, since the foods are peeled and some natural sugars are removed with the water during the process. One-half cup serving of Potato Crisps is only 35 to 45 calories.
