  • New Death Valley Chipotle(TM) Kettle(TM) Brand Potato Chip Heats Up Summer Snacking
April 09, 2008
Kettle Foods is spicing up the summer with the arrival of its newest Kettle(TM) brand Potato Chip, Death Valley Chipotle(TM), just in time for barbeque season. The winner of the fourth annual People's Choice campaign, Death Valley Chipotle(TM), is set to give summer snacking a salty sizzle.

The Death Valley Chipotle(TM) flavor is inspired by the fiery, dry heat of its desert namesake. A spicy blend of savory spices yields to subtle smoky accents bite after bite,"said Michelle Peterman, vp of marketing at Kettle Foods. "With a name like Death Valley Chipotle(TM), some people might think it's too hot for them, but it's not an overpowering burn. This is the quintessential flavor of summer--it's fiery, yet smoky, and leaves you wanting more."
