Variety Description

SOLHY012 is a variety that produces a good yield. Late maturing variety with round-oval shape, and yellow skin and a medium-yellow flesh color.

  • Excellent tasting, medium-sized firm cooking potato with medium-yellow flesh. 
  • Very well-suited as table potato. 
  • Perfect for boiling, baking and salad dishes.
