Europe: Ibersnacks is now part of the Eurosnacks group

In 2018, the Spanish group Ibersnacks merged with the Europe Snacks Group, originally from France. Currently, the group has 9 industrial plants in Europe through which they supply a large part of the region's retailers with private label products. 

The history of Europe Snacks is the story of three successful companies, one in France, one in England, and one in Spain. The first began 30 years ago in France, where the company made a name for itself in the snack industry. The second success story started in the UK in 1984, experiencing a powerful period of growth thanks to agility and strong partnerships with key retailers. Finally, the third successful company, Ibersnacks, has been the leader in the Spanish market for almost 20 years, known for offering high-quality products. 

Since March 2, 2023, the Europe Snacks group has been further expanding in the UK with the acquisition of Burts, a manufacturer of premium quality snacks. 

Europe Snacks is now a multinational manufacturer of private label potato chips and snacks for both major retailers and snack brand actors. Their extensive production capabilities allow them to manufacture standard and ridged potato chips, baked potato chips, crackers, tortillas and corn strips, extruded snacks, and popcorn.
