At the core of the system is a robust U-shaped trough, through which two durable rubber-teethed belts efficiently pull the waste scrapers. To ensure long-term durability and low maintenance, the bottom of the trough is lined with highly wear-resistant plastic sheets, capable of withstanding years of trouble-free operation.
For optimized waste disposal, the system features an elevated open-bottom waste scraper that enables the even distribution of waste into containers and trailers. As the waste is elevated, it naturally drops through the open bottom, ensuring a uniformly distributed pile while reducing manual handling and improving operational efficiency.
