Features

The Eqraft Rollstock Bagger is a fast, reliable and cost efficient solution for packing large volumes of onions, potatoes, and other agricultural or industrial bulk products.

The machine uses a roll of plastic net packaging folded in half. It automatically creates a bag by burning off a piece of material in the desired dimensions and melting the sides back together.

After that, the bag is positioned at the filling mouth, filled, and closed. Flue gas extraction is not included.

Specifications

The Rollstock Bagger can be used with bags from 2.5 kg to 25 kg. When speed and low-cost packing are of importance, this machine offers a great solution: it can fill at least 1,000 bags per hour.

This machine guarantees years of reliable performance and can be combined with our combination scales, ribbon solutions and baggers such at the Baxmatic to create a flexible packing line.

Could also be used as a baling / repacking solution. Naturally, the Rollstock Bagger can be integrated with manufacturing execution software (MES).
