The NAK is the Dutch General Inspection Service for seeds and seed potatoes of agricultural crops. They carry out statutory inspections on behalf of and under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality.
They specialized inspectors carry out all inspections during the season that contribute to the high quality of the Dutch export product. The NAK has a high-tech laboratory where large-scale post-checking on seed potatoes is carried out by applying molecular research techniques.
