The facility is the first of its kind in North America, combining state of the art equipment and scientific and processing expertise.

James Gratzek, Technical Director at Food Physics Group:

“The application Center is where projects begin. It is our offering to our clients to help them see the effects of our technology on their products and process.”

“We are able to replicate our customers process in our facility, demonstrating how these benefits can be realized for your factory and your product portfolio.”

Pulsed Electric Field systems are widely integrated into the French Fry and Potato Chip industry with over 180 systems in use. The application center will allow investigative work to continue on new substrates and processes leading to the broad deployment of PEF to industry settings.

Given the current market challenges around travel, Food Physics Group have developed the option of virtual trialing.
