Supersizing is only applied on desktop and only for one or two of the three ad positions. Supersizing your ad does not affect ranking of the advertising in any way. If you have ordered supersizing and provided with a suitable creative, your ad will be served as a whopping 336 x 672 ad (IAB flexible vertical format: 1x2 ratio) instead of an 336 x 336 ad.
