Senyorita, a snack food company in Egypt, initially focused on producing potato chips and corn snacks later added biscuits to its product range. Founded in 1996, the company became part of the Americana Group in 2006.
The company operates four factories, a 26,000 square meter plant in Tanta producing corn snacks, a 10,000 square meter plant in Alexandria for biscuits, a new 14,000 square meter plant for potato chips also in Tanta and the latest addition in 2008 is the El Alameya facility to expand its biscuits production.
A total of 5,300 employees are engaged in the production, food hygiene maintenance and quality control at Senyorita.
