AgriBriefing is a premium data provider with leading commodity price reporting agencies (Feedinfo and Urner Barry), large exhibitions and conferences (LAMMA, CropTec, Feed Additives and the Global Protein Summit) and information services (Farmers Guardian, Foreign Trade Data, Agrimoney and Seafood News). The company operated globally from offices in the United Kingdom, France and the United States.
AgriBriefing's UK agricultural branch, which included key brands like Farmers Guardian, Dairy Farmer, Arable Farming, and the LAMMA trade show, was sold to Arc Media Holdings in August 2021. This division also encompassed other notable agricultural events such as CropTec and the British Farming Awards.
The sale marked a strategic shift for AgriBriefing, allowing it to focus more on its global market data and analytics operations. Arc, a global events and media platform, continues to operate these well-established brands within the agriculture sector
AgriBriefing ceased to exist as an independent entity in late 2023 when it was acquired by Mintec Ltd.
