For the second time in just over a month, a fire breaks out at Beloit's Kettle Foods potato chip company

City of Beloit firefighters were called to Kettle Foods, at 3150 Kettle Way, around 8:15 p.m. Monday night, march 19th

The fire broke out in a cooking area of the factory. It took more than an hour for crews to put out the flames.

Everyone inside the building was able to escape and no one was hurt.

Employees were able to return to work after the fire was out. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

On February 8th, 2019, another fire started in the same cooking area.
